# Joe Marren

Founder, Your CRM Admin

I've spent the last 6+ years working with small businesses on their CRM, with a particular focus on HubSpot. Along the way I've learned that most CRM problems aren't really technology problems, they're process problems. A tool is only as good as the habits built around it, so I spend as much time on how a team actually works as I do on the system itself. Outside of the technical side, I bring a solid grasp of revenue operations and an honest sense of what actually works for a small business, as opposed to what looks good in a big enterprise case study.
